Regulations Governing Certification by Professional Environmental Engineers Article 19
In case that an environmental protection competent authority at any level or an agency commissioned by the central environmental protection competent authority has any questions concerning an environmental engineer’s certification document(s), it may inquire directly or commission a professional organization to do so, or may access and read certification-related documents and review worksheets produced by the environmental engineer under commission as certification documents, and the environmental engineer shall not evade, refuse, or obstruct such requests.

各級環境保護主管機關或受中央環境保護主管機關委託之機關，對環工技師所為簽證之文件有疑問時，得自行或委託專業機構向環工技師查詢，或檢查、調閱有關簽證文件及審核環工技師受託簽證文件之工作底稿，環工技師不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
