Regulations for Priority Procurement of Eco-Products Article 6
Products which increase social benefit or reduce social cost referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 96 of the Act means products that have been approved by the competent entity responsible for such products as satisfying the condition and been issued with a certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “category III products”).
