Regulations for Selection and Fee Calculation of Professional Services Providers Entrusted by Entities Article 5
Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, issues regarding the evaluation items referred to in subparagraph 9 of the preceding Article may, according to the nature and practical need of each case, include the following:1.The qualification of provider on professional manpower, experience or performance record, and so forth.2.The experience and capability of the project manager and major staff involved in the project.3.The implementation method of the project.4.The capability to perform the contract on time.5.The price.6.The completeness and feasibility of the proposal, and the level of understanding of the service items.7. Any other necessary matters.
