Regulations for Selection and Fee Calculation of Professional Services Providers Entrusted by Entities Article 2
An entity shall conduct the selection of professional services providers publicly and objectively. Where the value of the service fees reaches the threshold for publication, the provisions of these regulations shall apply to the method for the selection of providers and the calculation of services fees.
