Regulations for Electronic Procurement Article 11
Where an entity allows suppliers to submit tenders electronically in accordance to Paragraph 3 of Article 6, the following provisions may be prescribed in the tender documentation:1.Items for which suppliers must submit tenders using other forms.2.Suppliers must additionally provide other forms of documentation containing the same content as the electronic tender submission; in the event of discrepancies, the electronic tender submission shall prevail.3.Following the award of the contract, the contract may be signed based on the electronic tender submission or in written form. If a written contract is signed, its content shall be identical to the electronic tender submission; in the event of discrepancies, the electronic tender submission shall prevail.

機關依第六條第三項規定允許廠商電子投標者，得於招標文件中規定下列事項：
一、廠商應另以其他形式投標之項目。
二、廠商應併提供與電子投標文件相同內容之其他形式文件；如有不同，以電子投標文件為準。
三、決標後，以電子投標文件簽約或以書面文件簽約。
以書面文件簽約者，內容應與電子投標文件相同；其不同者，以電子投標文件為準。
