Regulations for the Implementation of Alternative Offers Article 13
Where an entity provides in the tender documentation that a supplier is allowed to submit an alternative offer after contract award and there are incentive measures, the amount of incentives shall not exceed 50% of the amount saved on contract value. Such amount saved on contract value shall deduct the increased expenses necessary for handling the alternative offer.

機關於招標文件中規定允許廠商於得標後提出替代方案且定有獎勵措施者，其獎勵額度，以不逾所減省契約價金之百分之五十為限。
