Regulations Governing the Organization of Procurement Evaluation Committee Article 2
The entity shall establish a procurement evaluation committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") for respective procurement to handle the following matters:1. Selecting a winner pursuant to subparagraphs 9 or 10 of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Act.2. Selecting the most advantageous tender or recommending the most advantageous tender to the head of the entity pursuant to Article 56 of the Act.

機關為辦理下列事項，應就各該採購案成立採購評選委員會（以下簡稱本委員會）：
一、本法第二十二條第一項第九款或第十款規定之評選優勝者。
二、本法第五十六條規定之評定最有利標或向機關首長建議最有利標。
