Ethics Regulations for Procurement Personnel Article 2

The term of procurement personnel referred to in this Regulations means personnel of procuring entities who conduct procurements covered by the Act.This Regulations shall apply mutates mutandis to personnel of a supplier who conduct procurements pursuant to Articles 4, 5, 39 and paragraph 2 of Article 63 of the Act.
