Enforcement Rules of the Government Procurement Act Article 61
Where an entity notifies each tenderer of the outcome of tender review pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 51 of the Act, the notification shall be made as soon as the tender review is completed, but no later than 10 days from the date of award or nullification of tendering procedure.The notification referred to in the preceding paragraph may be made in writing on request of tenderers.

機關依本法第五十一條第二項規定將審查廠商投標文件之結果通知各該廠商者，應於審查結果完成後儘速通知，最遲不得逾決標或廢標日十日。
