Enforcement Rules of the Government Procurement Act Article 26

The budget that an entity may disclose in the tender notice pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 27 of the Act means the budget amount available for the payment of contract value. Where an appropriation bill has not been legalized, an estimated amount required for the procurement shall apply.The estimated value that an entity may disclose in the tender notice pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 27 of the Act means the estimated value of contract award.
