Government Procurement Act Article 73
For a construction work or property which has passed the inspection and acceptance, the inspection and supervision personnel shall sign on the certificate of settlement and acceptance.The provision of the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to the inspection and acceptance of services.

工程、財物採購經驗收完畢後，應由驗收及監驗人員於結算驗收證明書上分別簽認。
