Government Procurement Act Article 38
A political party and a supplier who is affiliated to a political party shall not participate in tendering.The provisions of “Affiliated Enterprise” prescribed in the Company Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the aforementioned supplier who is affiliated to a political party.
