Government Procurement Act Article 110
The Comptroller of the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, the Assistant Auditor-General of the Ministry of Audit, or the Prosecutor of the Ministry of Justice may bring an action, join the parties of an action, or appeal on behalf of an entity for a procurement case.
