Regulations Governing Certification by Building Structure & Equipment Related Professional Engineers Article 8
A professional engineer shall declare the records for the certification services rendered to the local competent authority of construction every three months.The competent authority of construction of various levels may have access to the professional engineers’ certification records or look into documents and worksheets of the certification facts when in doubt. The professional engineer shall not shirk, reject or hinder such requests.

專業技師執行業務所為之簽證記錄，應每三個月向當地主管建築機關申報。
各級主管建築機關有疑問時，得向專業技師查詢其簽證紀錄，或調閱有關簽證事實之文件及工作底稿，專業技師不得規避、拒絕或妨礙。
