Organization and Operation Regulations of the Professional Engineer Discipline Committee and the Professional Engineer Discipline Retrial Committee Article 15
The decision resolved by the discipline committee shall be served to the penalized professional engineer and the applicant who referred the case for disciplinary penalty within ten days from the day when the decision is resolved.The penalized professional engineer may, if in disagreement with the decision resolved by the discipline committee, petition for a retrial in accordance with Article 45 of the Act.

懲戒委員會決議書應於作成後十日內，分別送達被付懲戒之技師及申請交付懲戒者。
被付懲戒之技師，對懲戒委員會之決議有不服時，得依本法第四十五條規定申請覆審。
