Professional Engineers Act Article 6
One shall not be recognized as a professional engineer and the certificate of a professional engineer shall be revoked or abolished under any of the following circumstances:1. Having the qualification of passing the professional engineer examination revoked or abolished under the Examination Act.2. Being sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one year without probation as verified by an irrevocable court judgment due to a crime related to the professional practice.

有下列情形之一者，不得充任技師；其已充任技師者，撤銷或廢止其技師證書：
一、依考試法規定，經撤銷或廢止考試及格資格。
二、因業務上有關之犯罪行為，受一年有期徒刑以上刑之判決確定，而未受緩刑之宣告。
