Professional Engineers Act Article 42

When a professional engineer is involved in circumstances stipulated in Article 39, the competent authorities, the competent authorities of the relevant industries, or the professional engineer associations may list facts, provide evidence, and report to the professional engineer discipline committee for handling.When stakeholders discover that a professional engineer is involved in circumstances stipulated in Article 39, they may list the facts, provide relevant evidence, and report to the competent authorities of the relevant industries, the municipal or county (city) competent authorities, or the professional engineer association to which the professional engineer belongs, which shall review and forward the case to the professional engineer discipline committee for handling.
