Professional Engineers Act Article 14
A professional engineer designated by government agencies to conduct the professional practice related to public safety, disaster prevention, or disaster rescue shall not refuse without justifiable reasons.When a government agency designates a professional engineer to conduct the professional practice prescribed in the preceding Paragraph, the necessary fees shall be paid.
