Regulations for Joint Tendering Article 4
Where an entity specifies in the tender documentation to permit joint tendering by a limited number of suppliers, the number shall, in principle, not more than five. Furthermore, the entity may specify a minimum percentage of the share of the bid price for each member of a joint tendering supplier to meet, and the supplier shall state their percentages of share in the agreement of joint tendering.Where joint tendering is permitted in the tender documentation, the entity shall also prescribe in the tender documentation that sole tendering by a supplier is also permitted.

機關於招標文件中規定允許一定家數內之廠商共同投標者，以不超過五家為原則。
機關並得就共同投標廠商各成員主辦事項之金額，於其共同投標協議書所載之比率下限予以限制。
