Regulations for Joint Tendering Article 2
The term “joint tendering” as used herein refers to any of the following circumstances:1.A joint tendering by suppliers of the same line of business: all suppliers participating in a joint tendering are in the same line of business.2.A joint tendering by suppliers of different lines of business: all suppliers participating in a joint tendering are in different lines of business.Where it is a jointing tendering by two or more suppliers in the same line of business, it shall be regarded as a joint tendering by suppliers in the same line of business.

共同投標，包括下列情形：
一、同業共同投標：參加共同投標之廠商均屬同一行業者。
二、異業共同投標：參加共同投標之廠商均為不同行業者。
參加共同投標之廠商有二家以上屬同一行業者，視同同業共同投標。
一、同業共同投標：參加共同投標之廠商均屬同一行業者。
二、異業共同投標：參加共同投標之廠商均為不同行業者。
