Regulations Governing the Participation of Foreign Suppliers in the Procurement Not Subject To Any Treaties Or Agreements Article 6
Any entity allowing foreign suppliers to participate in a non-treaty/agreement procurement may provide in the tender documentation that the following provisions of the Act are not applicable to foreign suppliers:1. The equal opportunity to be invited referred to in paragraph 4 of Article 21 of the Act.2. The qualification requirements referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 37 of the Act.3. The non-discrimination requirements referred to in subparagraph 2 of Article 57 of the Act.

機關允許外國廠商參與非條約協定採購者，得於招標文件中規定外國廠商不適用本法下列規定：
一、第二十一條第四項平等受邀之機會。
