Regulations Governing Professional Engineer Certification for Public Constructions Article 14
The competent authorities and authorities in charge of the relevant industries shall, while inspecting the professional engineer business performance in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 23 of the Act, have access to the documents regarding the certification and review the worksheets of the engineering services certification.
