Regulations for Incentives and Guidance to Professional Engineering Consulting Consulting Firms Article 10
The Outstanding Professional Engineering Consulting Firms shall be selected based on the number of licensed professional engineers hired by the professional engineering consulting firms in three degrees as enumerated below: 1.Degree I: Having hired twenty licensed professional engineers minimum.2.Degree II: Having hired licensed professional engineers ranging from three to twenty. 3.Degree III: Having hired less than three licensed professional engineers.

績優工程技術顧問公司之評選，依參選公司所置執業技師人數，分下列三級辦理：
一、第一級：執業技師達二十人以上者。
二、第二級：執業技師達三人以上，未達二十人者。
三、第三級：執業技師未達三人者。
一、第一級：執業技師達二十人以上者。
二、第二級：執業技師達三人以上，未達二十人者。
三、第三級：執業技師未達三人者。
