Act governing the administration of professional engineering consulting firms Article 9
An operator of the professional engineering consulting firm shall fill out an application form and submit it along with the documents enumerated below to the competent authority for permission:1. Certificate in photocopy verifying the responsible person’s address and domicile. If lacking an address and domicile in Taiwan, the address of the agent appointed by the firm in Taiwan shall be submitted.2. Roster of the prospective directors, shareholders in charge of business operation or representing the firm.3. Roster of the prospective practicing professional engineers and the certificates in photocopy identifying the services they can practice.4. Scope of anticipated business lines.5. Other documents as required by the competent authority.

經營工程技術顧問公司者，應填具申請書，並檢具下列文件，向主管機關申請許可：
一、負責人之住居所證明文件影本一份；在臺無住居所者，並應檢具其在臺指定代理人之地址。
二、預定之董事、執行業務或代表公司之股東名冊。
三、預定執業技師名冊及其得執行業務證明文件影本各一份。
四、預定營業範圍。
五、其他經主管機關規定之文件。
