The National Commercial Trade Association or the local trade association shall not reject application from professional engineering consulting firms for membership accreditation.In the event that the National Commercial Trade Association or the local trade association rejects application from a professional engineering consulting firm for membership accreditation without a justifiable reason, the professional engineering consulting firm shall be deemed having been accredited after the firm is approved by the central competent authority in charge of the commercial organizations.

全國商業同業公會或地方同業公會不得拒絕工程技術顧問公司入會之申請。
全國商業同業公會或地方同業公會無故拒絕工程技術顧問公司入會時，工程技術顧問公司經中央商業團體主管機關核准後，視同已入會。
