The Fee-charging Standards for Permission and Registration of Professional Engineering Consulting Firms Article 3
To apply for professional engineering consulting firm registration certificate, firms shall pay the certificate fee in accordance with the following provisions:1. For issuing registration certificate under the provisions of Article 10 of the Act：NT$3,000.2. For renewing registration certificate under the provisions of Article 15, Paragraph 2 of the Act：NT$2,000.3. For reissuing or renewing registration certificate under the provisions of Article 9 of Enforcement Rules of the Act：NT$2,000.When an application of issuing, renewing or reissuing registration certificate is rejected, withdrawn or not accepted, the paid fee shall be refunded.

申請工程技術顧問公司登記證，應依下列規定繳納證照費：
一、依本條例第十條規定申請核發登記證：新臺幣三千元。
二、依本條例第十五條第二項規定申請換發登記證：新臺幣二千元。
三、依本條例施行細則第九條規定申請補發或換發登記證：新臺幣二千元。
前項申請核發、換發或補發登記證，經駁回、自行申請退件或不受理者，所繳納之證照費予以退還。
