Regulations for the Enforcement of National Property Act Article 23
National property managed by administration authority shall have its property cadaster set up, those belonging to personal property shall make category, number and paste metal fag or brand; those belonging to building of real estate shall nail a sign.

管理機關經管之國有財產，除設置產籍外，其屬於動產者，應分類編號，並粘釘金屬製標籤或烙火印；其屬於不動產之建築物，應加釘產籍標誌。
