National Property Act Article 58
Evaluation methods of the national property shall be drawn out by the Appraisal Committee of National Property and submitted by the MOF to the Executive Yuan for approval. The value for the land on sale shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations.The value of the securities is approved by the MOF.

國有財產計價方式，經國有財產估價委員會議訂，由財政部報請行政院核定之。
