National Property Act Article 49
The non-public use real property shall be sold to the leaseholders.The scope about the sale in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Executive Yuan.The non-public use real property that shall annex adjacent land identified by the local government shall be sold to the owner of the adjacent land.The sale in the first and third paragraphs shall be handled by the NPA.
中文原文 國有財產法第49條
非公用財產類之不動產，其已有租賃關係者，得讓售與直接使用人。
前項得予讓售之不動產範圍，由行政院另定之。
非公用財產類之不動產，其經地方政府認定應與鄰接土地合併建築使用者，得讓售與有合併使用必要之鄰地所有權人。
第一項及第三項讓售，由財政部國有財產局辦理之。
