Regulations for Exchange Between National Non-public Use Real Estate and Other Real Estate Article 5
The operating procedures for exchanges conducted by the executing authority in accordance with the provisions of Subparagraphs 1 to 6 and Subparagraph 8, Paragraph 1, Article 2 are as follows:1. Acceptance of applications.2. Site inspection.3. Examination.4. Valuation.5. Notification to the applicant to negotiate and determine the exchange plan.6. Submission to the Ministry of Finance for approval.7. Implementation of real estate division, ownership exchange registration, and other related matters according to the approved results.
