These Regulations shall take effect on the date of promulgation. However, Article 22, as amended and promulgated on June 10, 2015, shall take effect on December 27, 2013; the effective dates of Articles 13-1 and 13-3, as amended and promulgated on June 1, 2026, shall be determined by the Ministry of Finance.
