Regulations Governing the Certification and Management of the Authorized Economic Operators Article 7
An economic operator applying for the certification of a AEOG shall submit the following documents to the competent Customs office:1. Application form stating the name of the applicant, Business Administration Number, address, amount of capital, and contact person information; and2. Certificates of the applicant’s annual import/export performance in the most recent three years issued by the International Trade Administration (ITA), Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), or by other agencies or private associations delegated or entrusted by the ITA; or a medal for excellent exporter/importer awarded by the ITA.Documents prescribed in the preceding paragraphs shall be submitted to the competent Customs office in electronic form, except otherwise approved by the competent Customs office due to exceptional circumstances.

申請為一般優質企業，應檢具下列文件向海關提出：
一、申請書，應載明申請人之名稱、統一編號、地址、資本額及聯絡人資料。
二、經濟部國際貿易署或其委任、委託之機關、民間團體出具之申請人最近三年各該年進、出口實績證明或經濟部國際貿易署核發之出進口績優廠商證明標章。
前項文件，除特殊情況經海關核准者外，應依規定以電子方式向海關傳輸。
