Regulations Governing the Certification and Management of the Authorized Economic Operators Article 21

Highway carriers are entitled to apply to Customs for AEOS certification by submitting the documents prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 11 and supporting documents for Subparagraph 2 below if they:1. meet the criteria set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 10;2. have a motor transportation business license issued by the highway authority pursuant to the provisions of Paragraphs 7 to 9, Article 34 of the Highway Act; and3. have comprehensive electronic monitoring and management system for the movement of goods.
