Regulations Governing the Management of Import/Export Clearance for Transportation means Article 80-1

The Customs may issue a warning or administer a fine of more than TWD 6000 and less than TWD 30000 pursuant to Article 83 of the Custom Act against a carrier that violates Articles 13, 14, 25, or Paragraphs 1 ,2 and 5 of Articles 30 of these Regulations and may issue an order to improve before a certain period of time while the fine shall be imposed on each violation in case of failure to improve before the given deadline. Carriers who fail to complete the said remedy after 3 consecutive fines may be subject to a suspension of transshipment, transit, importation or exportation declaration business for up to 6 months or abolition of its registration.
