Regulations Governing the Management of Import/Export Clearance for Transportation means Article 56
The following papers shall be submitted to the Customs within 24 hours for the vehicles’ import:1. Import cargo manifest；2. Lists of service crew and their personal effects；3. List of vehicle self-use items；4. Inbound passenger declaration form；and5. Itinerary schedule.
