Regulations Governing the Management of Import/Export Clearance for Transportation means Article 44
The manifest for export cargo shall include the following information in the format stipulated by the Customs; written manifest information shall be signed by the captain or the carrier:1. Ship name, nationality, tonnage, captain’s name, clearance date, and next port of call;2. Cargo name on the shipping order, mark, crate number, packaging method (such as barrel, pallet, crate, or bag), quantity, weight, and specification of the cargo aboard the ship. In case of consolidated package of two or more pieces, which is also stated on shipping order, state clearly the quantity included in the package;3. Locations of loading and arrival; and4. Name and address of consignor.

出口貨物艙單應依海關規定格式載明下列各項，書面艙單資料並應由船長或船舶所屬運輸業者簽章：
一、船名、國籍、噸位、船長姓名、結關日期、開往次一停靠口岸。
二、託運單之貨物名稱、標記、箱號、包裝式樣（如桶、盤、箱、袋等）、件數、重量、規格；二包以上貨物合裝成一件且託運單亦有註明者，並應詳細註明該件內所裝包數。
三、裝運及到達地點。
四、發貨人名稱及地址。
