Regulations Governing the Implementation of Advance Ruling on the Country of Origin of Imported Goods Article 4
An applicant submitting incomplete documents or samples for an advance ruling on the Country of Origin shall remedy such documents within 30 days from the day next to the date of receiving the written notice issued by the Customs Office. However, an extension may be applied to the Customs prior to the expiration date under a reasonable circumstance. Such an extension period may be limited to only one time and shall not exceed 2 months.

申請人提供資料或樣品不全致無法辦理原產地預先審核，應於收到海關書面通知之翌日起三十日內補件。
