Law:: Regulations Governing the Establishment and Management of Customs Brokers

These Regulations take effect immediately upon its enactment; however, Paragraph 1, Article 24, which was amended and promulgated on May 26, 2023, shall come into effect one month after its enactment. Paragraph 2, Article 13, which was amended and promulgated on February 23, 2026, shall come into effect on March 1, 2026.

本辦法自發布日施行。
但中華民國一百十二年五月二十六日修正發布之第二十四條第一項，自發布後一個月施行；一百十五年二月二十三日修正發布之第十三條第二項，自一百十五年三月一日施行。
