Regulations Governing Customs Measures in Protecting the Rights and Interests of Trademark Article 14
A proprietor of a registered trademark may appoint an agent to apply for related matters of the Regulations. Those who have no domicile or business establishment in the territory of the ROC shall appoint an agent and the agent shall have a domicile in the ROC.An agent who deals with the affair commissioned shall submit a power of attorney, specifying powers delegated to the agent.

商標權人得委任代理人辦理本辦法所定相關事項。
但在中華民國境內無住所或營業所者，應委任代理人辦理之，且代理人應在國內有住所。
