Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Air Express Consignments Article 8-2
An express delivery operator whose dedicated EHU clearance qualification has been revoked by Customs shall not reapply for dedicated EHU clearance under the same name within one year from the date of revocation.The scope of the same name specified in the preceding paragraph includes the names of both the head office and branch offices.

快遞業者經海關廢止專倉通關資格者，自廢止之日起一年內不得以同一名義再行申請專倉通關。
