Regulations Governing Customs Clearance for Goods in Logistics Centers Article 15
Logistics centers shall implement autonomous management and employ agents to deal with autonomous matters.Obligations under autonomous management and the conditions, approval, repeal of the firms and the qualifications, missions, number of agents, and any other required matters referred to in the preceding paragraph shall comply with the provisions of the Regulations Governing the Autonomous Management Implemented by Warehouses, Container Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, Logistics Centers and Other Businesses Designated by Customs.

物流中心應實施自主管理，並置專責人員辦理自主管理事項。
前項自主管理應辦理之事項、業者應具備之條件、核准、廢止、專責人員應具備之資格、任務、人數及其他應遵行事項，依貨棧貨櫃集散站保稅倉庫物流中心及海關指定業者實施自主管理辦法相關規定辦理。
