Organization and Operation Rules of Disciplinary Committee and Disciplinary Re-examination Committee of Certified Public Bookkeepers Article 16
In the event that the statutory period for re-examination has expired at the time a re-examination application is received by the CPBDRC, the CPBDRC shall reject such re-examination application.
