Enforcement Rules of The Taxpayer Rights Protection Act Article 11
These Enforcement Rules shall come into force on 28 December 2017 ; however, the text amended and promulgated on December 26, 2018 shall come into force from the date of January 1, 2018 ; and the text amended and promulgated on May 25, 2026 shall come into force from the date of May 28, 2026.

本細則自中華民國一百零六年十二月二十八日施行。
但一百零七年十二月二十六日修正發布條文，自一百零七年一月一日施行；一百十五年五月二十五日修正發布條文，自一百十五年五月二十八日施行。
