Amusement Tax Act Article 5
The amusement tax shall be levied according to the ticket prices or fees charged, based on the following tax rates:1.Dance halls – no more than 50%.2.Golf courses – no more than 20%.3.Other entertainment places, facilities, or activities announced by the MOF as providing entertainment– no more than 25%.

娛樂稅，照所收票價或收費額，依下列稅率計徵之：
一、舞廳或舞場，最高不得超過百分之五十。
二、高爾夫球場，最高不得超過百分之二十。
三、其他經財政部公告屬提供娛樂場所、娛樂設施或娛樂活動供人娛樂者，最高不得超過百分之二十五。
