Act of Taiwan Financial Holding Co., Ltd. Article 1
The organization, operation and management of Taiwan Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) shall be governed by the provisions of this Act. Matters not provided for in this Act shall be governed by the State-Owned Enterprise Management Act, the Financial Holding Company Act, the Company Act, and other relevant laws.
