The Administrative Regulations Governing the Inspection of Imported Alcohol Article 16
The authorized agency (institution) shall notify the Customs stationed staffs or the responsible staffs of the independent management business before conducting sampling; while sampling, it shall be conducted jointly with the obligor of the application for inspection or his (her) proxy.
