The Administrative Regulations Governing the Inspection of Imported Alcohol Article 13
The obligor of the application for inspection shall properly place the alcohol applying for inspection, and shall move the sample to appropriate place for the sampling procedure that is requested by the authorized agency (institution); otherwise, the authorized agency (institution) shall cease sampling.

申請查驗義務人應將申請查驗之酒類適度堆置，並應受託機關（構）人員之要求，將抽中樣品搬移至適當地點以供取樣；違反時，受託機關（構）人員應停止取樣。
