Enforcement Rules of the Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act Article 27
These Enforcement Rules shall be enforced from January 1, 2015, except for Article 9, which shall be enforced from January 1, 2016.The Articles of these Enforcement Rules amended and promulgated on March 22, 2023 shall be enforced from March 22, 2023.NoteIn case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese text of this statute, the Chinese text shall govern.
