Enforcement Rules of the Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act Article 20

The identification documents to be presented by the investigation or enforcement personnel under Article 42 of the Act are as follows:1. Official letter issued by the authority concerned indicating the period of inspection and the name and title of the inspection official.2. Employee ID or pass of the inspection official or any other document sufficient to prove that he/she is employed by the authority.
