Unless otherwise provided for in applicable laws, the Agency/School is entitled to impose an overdue fine calculated at 1% of the amount due for every two days of delay. Where the overdue period lasts for 30 days or more, an application for compulsory execution shall be filed under applicable laws.The charges and fees referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be collected with interest calculated, from the day following the payment due date to the date of payment, on a daily basis at the interest rate prescribed in Paragraph 3 , Article 16.

各機關對逾期繳納規費者，除法律另有規定外，每逾二日按滯納數額加徵百分之一滯納金；逾三十日仍未繳納者，移送強制執行。
前項應納規費，應自滯納期限屆滿之次日起，至繳費義務人繳納之日止，依第十六條第三項規定之存款利率，按日加計利息，一併徵收。
